Payment:
All prices and costs are in Pounds Sterling.
The only payments we accept are via PayPal, a secure payment processing company. You don’t need to have a PayPal account of your own to use this service as you can pay with your credit or debit card and we will never see your card information, only your shipping address, email address and the details of your order.
Our prices may change from time to time but the price you pay will always be the price shown at the time you placed your order,
Shipping:
All orders received will be dispatched as soon as possible, often the same day if received before midday, but certainly within 2 days. All orders are posted first class, 'signed for' delivery by Royal Mail, apart from the fabric goody bags, which will be sent regular first class.

Refunds & Exchanges:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us to obtain the return address. The email address to use is hole.house@hotmail.com.
Items must be returned to us within a reasonable period and you should obtain proof of postage. Goods should be returned in the same condition and in the same packaging as when they were sent to you, and packed carefully. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if the condition of the item(s) differs from that which was sent out. All refunds will be issued via PayPal within 14 calender days.
Where goods are not as ordered or are damaged on receipt and you return them, the return postage costs will be refunded to you (on the basis of the mode of return postage we agree with you BEFORE you send the item(s) back to us).
Fabric goody bags are sold 'as seen' and will not be refundable on the grounds of not liking the selection - for this reason please make sure you have read the details and studied the pictures carefully before you buy.
We also have the right to cancel if we are unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances beyond our control (for bespoke orders such as being unable to obtain a specific material necessary to the item’s construction). We will always seek to offer you a suitable alternative in these circumstances, but if this isn’t possible or the alternative isn’t acceptable to you and we do need to cancel your order, we will provide a full refund via PayPal within 14 calender days of confirming cancellation to you.
